Unfortunately, we currently see a landscape where service providers for online higher education programs focus on providing an optimized call center experience. Websites lack depth and relentlessly push for completion of a “Request for Information” lead form. Call center agents, who may not have even attended college, let alone at the graduate level, are evaluated based on their ability to move a lead through enrollment stages toward an application submission.
We understand that choosing your path is a high-stakes decision. It requires a commitment of a couple of hours daily for two or more years and costs about the same as a luxury car.
